we know the answer is there in plain sight.
Searching through all the company’s comprehensive electronic records ,over this period and cross referencing,
What has been worked on and recovering any missing revenues. John & I have aways was always generous with our time.
This will never change , but in too many cases we give away our staff’s time (and that is a real cost to the company).
Using our managment accounting skills, and Rebbecca, John Chapman’s daughter’s problem solving / programming skills,
no stone will be left unturned. Billing for what is delivered and should have been recovered.
We are all busy, that sounds familiar … This describes every business, the focus tends to be chasing
cash flow, the next job, the next client, cash flow … repeat This must change and we are committed to change, and measuring it
