Things are improving the accountants need more time and just last week.

We have partnered with a larger firm that has the capacity to help.

The company’s accountants suffered a debilitating data breach 30/10/25 caused deliberately.

Daniel Oxley a rogue director was found to have been defrauding the company to a point of
insolvency and fraudulently taking payments for clients / ruining clients. When his directorship was
terminated he was able to remove access to the company’s Microsoft One drive. He had at some
time previously changed the account from info@firstaccountancy.co.uk to his own company’s email

The other 3 staff members were unable to work, without this and when they realised what had
happened they walked out and went to work with Oxley. All client records had disappeared then the
staff walked out.

It has been almost impossible to service the clients.

Loyal clients have stayed. and we have at long last found a partner firm with the capacity to help
But need some extensions to turn things around.

THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS POLICE MATTER AND THIS IMPACTS ON THE WORK LOAD AND THE
COMPANY HAS LOST DATA AND FINANCIAL THE HELP HINDERING ANY RECRUITMENT.

Daniel Oxley’ s case has been taken on by South Yorkshire Police.

The ref no is 14-208-442-25 and Action Fraud are involved

We reported this to the police had contact with South Yorkshire Police, who have made a report
which we have recorded under NFRC251207784678.

South Yorkshire Police have informed us that they consider the incident to amount to a Call for
Service, as based on the information there appears to be the potential to apprehend an offender.

We need to set the record straight!

This is now part of a police investigation and the ICO (Data protection), Companies House and HMRC.

Believe me there is no immediate urgency to find another accountant as the authorities know that
Daniel Oxley was a rogue director – he has locked us out of accessing a lot of company data.

Please email us about any issues you might have and we can deal with them, we will create a file to
then pass on to the relevant authorities, whether it be the police, companies house or HMRC.

DO NOT pay anything to any third parties as some clients have boen conned into paying money to
GXY Accountancy Ltd which was owed to First Accountancy.

This is unacceptable and you still need to pay us as the work which has been invoiced was done when their team
were working for First Accountancy.

The team left without handing anything over. Their last working day was November 6th 2025.

I would ask for you to share any complaints you might have regarding First accountancy and the staff up to the 6th
of November 2025.

As it is the team that caused the issues which you are now experiencing are the ones who have left to work for GXY
Accountancy Ltd.
